He not only gave me a same-day appointment based on our availability but even called me back when an even earlier time opened up and I could go get my hair cut even sooner. He mentioned that payment is done via cash or check before we even hung up and I arrived there unprepared. And his note-keeping card system ensures a consistent cut every time, and he made sure we covered everything that I might want or need before starting and giving me a great haircut that I really needed—having waited way too long since my last one. I look forward to going back regularly now.

Followed by an amazing shampoo (by the awesome assistant, Kelly (I think)) that included an essential oil scented eye mask and spa music in the background.
