“I went to koi hair salon to get some highlights on my really dark curly brown hair and ended up looking like a black and yellow zebra. i went to this salon the next day crying and begged for help and she said she wouldn’t give up till i liked my hair and was crying of happiness. My hair looks wonderful! I was so so excited when i saw my hair at the end of the session and she was so kind to let me come in without an appointment!! Highly recommend. “Been coming here for over a year and haven’t had any issues. The staff is nice, the prices are decent and the work is good. I’m off on Wednesdays, which is also the day they are closed. So if I need to get my nails done and it’s a Wednesday, I had no choice but to try a couple other salons in the area and each time I went somewhere else I wasn’t impressed. “Lillie is absolutely amazing! Incredibly attentive, super sweet, and my cut and color came out even better than I could’ve imagined! She verified how much I wanted cut off and gave me options and showed me what a few inches would be (I’m a visual person) without even having to ask her. She checked in during the process and cut and made sure I loved it. She offered me beverages several times and I didn’t feel alone because she actually checked in multiple times instead of just leaving me alone the whole processing time! Everyone ear really nice that I encountered and I love the aesthetic of the salon. The complimentary scalp and neck massage is such a nice touch!
