Alex and his team got us on the schedule so quickly, Nick was on time and so professional, the service to our HVAC was thorough, and the care provided to our home was exceptional! Nick and his work partner called ahead to let us know they were on the way. They both were so kind and professional- they inspected the interior unit first and then the exterior unit. They took pictures and provided explanations of how our unit was working, the unit’s electrical health/ status, cleanliness of the unit, and if everything was running as it should (which it was!). Nick and Mark were both great, they were on time were very knowledgeable and professional. They thoroughly explained the work they performed and took photos to help in explaining things to us. I would definitely recommend United Mechanical for any H/VAC needs.
United Mechanical Solutions, as always, was our company of choice when we found it to be time for a deep cleaning of our Carolina room mini-split! Their entire team is great young men— we highly recommend them. Nick and Mark took the time needed to be thorough in the cleaning of our unit, yet very efficient as well. They are always respectful - of us and our home, professional … and personable. They know what they’re doing, work well together -and- do great work.
