Alex and his team got us on the schedule so quickly, Nick was on time and so professional, the service to our HVAC was thorough, and the care provided to our home was exceptional! Nick and his work partner called ahead to let us know they were on the way. They both were so kind and professional- they inspected the interior unit first and then the exterior unit. They took pictures and provided explanations of how our unit was working, the unit’s electrical health/ status, cleanliness of the unit, and if everything was running as it should (which it was!). As a realtor, I am ecstatic and grateful when I recommend someone and they actually show up and do a great job for my client. Makes me look like a star. Alex the owner did an incredible job for my client, and was extremely flexible, organized, and clearly puts customer service above all. Due to another contractor we had to move this appointment like 4 times and he so kindly re-arranged his schedule with no hesitation. Had moved in to new home and needed my units looked at by a professional. Alex and Nick explained everything to me about my units and took pictures as they went along to not just tell me, but show me everything they looked at and serviced.
