Kristin is amazing and truly takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. She doesn't push back and makes it feel easy and comfortable to advocate for yourself and steps in when you need it.

Coastal Health and Wellness has restored my faith in in medical care. They are super kind, caring, understanding and accommodating. I chose to join the practice because I refuse to pay astronomical health insurance fees but would continue to pay for a membership with them even if I did have health insurance, they’re that good!

When I first heard about Coastal Direct it was a new concept to me, but I was fascinated by the idea. After learning about it and talking to my team at work we decided we would sign up for their service. It has far exceeded my expectations. While I have received great care prior to this, this was a great way to offer non catastrophic healthcare to my employees and also receive wonderful care in return. They have taken taken time to get to know us, are available to answer questions, allot plenty of time for appointments and follow up to make sure treatment and questions are being answered. Healthcare should be affordable, accessible and high quality. We charge an affordable monthly fee so that you can have direct access to and a relationship with your healthcare provider. Cutting out the insurance companies allows us to have same day appointments, less waiting, longer appointment times, the ability to be flexible with our schedule to suit yours and to give transparent prices for labs and procedures. We are able to provide many services right in the office which may in other settings be cost prohibitive. In some circumstances, we can even come to you! In this primary care office, we focus on both treatment and prevention.
