I went in on a Saturday (1/6/24) afternoon, and EVERYONE was sooo nice!!! And I know they did not want to be there on a Saturday! But the entire team was very welcoming and so helpful!!! Very pleasant experience, even with how bad I felt!

I was able to wait in my car after checking in and they called me when ready. I could breathe better outside at my car and did not have to be in waiting room.with other ill people. Assistant Logan and Dr hodgekiss were efficient, friendly, courteous and answered my questions. Thankful for all including receptionist. Treated well. Appreciate I could go on a Sunday and not have to use urgent care or the ER services. Thank you again.

Dr. Van Althuis was very attentive, with great bedside manner. Listened to me, and showed concern about my condition and that she was listening to my input. A lot of doctors seem in a rush to dispense whatever they have pre-decided before entering the room, but she was a great exception.
