As a former real estate agent and home remodeler, I have seen many inspections and reports and Daniel was one of the most detailed and knowledgeable inspectors I have come across. His report was very thorough and comprehensive, a must have before buying a property. I recommend performing a complete set of insprction services, i.e. thermal scan, pest, radon and inspection before buying a home.
