We hired Blue Ridge Inspections about a year ago. It was my first time hiring an inspector. He showed up on time, was polite and considerate, and extremely thorough in his work. This house has so many unusual aspects and he thoroughly documented and explained each top to bottom. A year later I have familiarized myself with the home and he hadn’t missed a thing.

Daniel was completely thorough, professional, and very informative. He answered our questions in easy to understand language, and with excellent detail. He went over our home with a “fine tooth comb”, which allowed us to see what issues the home had (before buying) and saved us at least $5000 in repairs.I would definitely recommend him.

Dan was extremely professional and knowledgeable in the services provided. He helped coordinate additional inspections and was present when they happened (pests, septic). He communicated quickly and in a way that was easily understood. I would highly recommend Dan's services.
