Very professional and detailed. Provided pictures and recommendations to mitigate findings. Matt was prompt and congenial and saved us thousands of dollars with an unexpected find. Well worth the investment of afew hundred dollars to save thousands on a bad investment decision. Would highly recommend the use of his services and will use him for future home investments.
