I appreciated the way they put me on the calendar for drilling almost immediate after my inquiry. I had been waiting for a long time with no follow through from a competitor that I know was having trouble- and this is not to disparage them. After waiting so long, it was nice to have immediate gratification. He even was playful, asking for a guess as to the depth. Lucky me, it was just 400’. Also, I was high maintenance for a minute and needed to cancel a payment and be re-invoiced. They did so immediately and effectively. Ferguson Well is spot on.
Well Drilling......well, it isn't something reviewed in an app like this, but these folks installed a well at my cabin near Max Patch. Excellent work and I'd highly recommend them. In fact I have a rental in Weaverville they are top of the list to do that well install. - check them out!
Been using Ferguson's Well for 18 years. Finally well pump wore out, 18 years. Figured out well not working at 3:11am. Tried to fix myself, changed breaker and pressure switch. Problem was in the well. Called about 8AM, showed about 10AM, left at 1PM with well/pump fixed. Two guys and a well truck, did excellent job. I stood watching and asked a number of questions. They answered and I learned a few things about wells. I recommend them for your well needs. May not happen every time but, I had same day service.
