This was my second visit to UNC Urgent Care at Knightdale. As with my first visit several years ago, the front desk staff were friendly and also prompt in getting me checked in. The nurse came promptly to the exam room to take my information.and vitals. I was seen by a PA who was very knowledgeable about my condition and gave me excellent suggestions.
Very good service! I can get in quickly and this Knightdale clinic is less than half the distance I would have to drive to my primary Care doctor. The providers and support staff here are caring, knowledgeable and professional
Well! My visit was most excellent! From the front desk all the way to the back, the care was outstanding. I was seen by Miss Fisher, PA extraordinaire, and she truly went above and beyond. These ladies do their very best to help everyone who comes through their doors.
To the public: please be mindful. They know you’re hurting—otherwise you wouldn’t be there. Leave your attitudes in the car. If you think you know better, then don’t show up.
