Clean. Easily accessible. While not 24 hours sufficient enough to accommodate most schedules. Track, pool and sauna inside. Regularly scheduled classes as well. Great alternative to other well know purple and gold gyms in the area but at a cost.
Just received some great service today ! Last time I came here in September it was a 3.5 but today was 360! I had went to the Raleigh location three days ago but my symptoms were still bad. So we went back to the Knightdale location and everyone in there including the doctor was 5 star !!!
I must say, I was highly impressed with the efficiency of this office. I fell violently ill Thought it was the flu. The Doctor nurses were nice & thorough but rushed. Front desk reception were devoid of emotion. Not the best front line of representation. They may as well had been robots. Once in a observation room, I received Really good/professional service. Turns out... I came down w/ food poisoning (at least that was the diagnosis). I was impressed w/ all the steps taken: 1) Blood Pressure 2) Temperature 3) Urine Sample 4) Blood work (panels). I would definitely return should something happen when I'm in town again.
