I have nothing but wonderful things to say. From the beginning to the end of every visit you are well taken care of. Staff is attentive and welcoming. My PCP Dr. Meredith asked all the right questions, genuinely listens to what I have to say and devises a plan of action. I have seen significant improvements in my health and I look forward to what is to come. I highly recommend their services.

I've been visiting Family Medicine & Rehabilitation for 2 years now. Of course there used to be a lot of people in their small waiting room. However, a lot seems to have improved. During my last two visits, I did not find any patients standing for lack of seat. No.

From the reception to the actual visit, everything was excellent. I was welcome. After 2 minutes, the nurse took my vital signs and I saw my doctor afterwards. FM&R is a short distance from my home which is convenient. I've been going there for a few months and my experience with them has been positive. My wait time is very short, Dr.Frazier and the staff are really nice and very professional. I'm normally in and out quickly. No complaints at all.
