OBX Bodyworker offers Therapeutic Deep Relaxation, with an ocean view. Former massage instructor specializes in Nerve and Fascia therapy. Nerves and Fascia are deep tissues in the body, and great regulators. (more so than muscle) Resiliency is created in our down time, it is very important we "Rest and Digest." Ashli's work is always non-invasive, but it is very empowering. It is good to clear the clutter and flush the system every now and again. This is therapy. Deep Tissue Relaxation Therapy.
