Carla is such a welcoming and friendly first person you see when entering the office. And Skip is so thorough with how he manages the appointment and explaining what he is doing. Very happy with my experience today and so happy to have our Kitty Hawk office opened again !!!!
Was on a road trip when I encountered an issue with my hearing aid in Kitty Hawk. Carla was incredibly gracious and helpful. She took care of my issue in a matter of minutes and all with a smile and genuine care. Thank you!
Went to Hearing Life in Kill Devil Hills last week for my semi annual checkup.
Allison did my hearing test and said it was identical to the last time I was there.
She also asked me how many hours a day I wear them and since I work remotely I do not wear them as often as I should.
Allison explained the reasons why I still need to wear them and she got her point across.
I plan on wearing them most of the workday now.
The office was very clean and welcoming.
I highly recommend HearingLife.
