I bought my Flair hot tub from Todd for my beach house. Because of supply chain issues we had to wait 9 months. Great Atlantic organized the delivery and set up. The crew was great. Diana in operations was great helping us resolve a breaker issue. I would highly recommend Great Atlantic. I love my new hot tub and now Great Atlantic is in Williamsburg and I am thinking about getting one for my Williamsburg home.

A big shout out to Todd at Great Atlantic Pools and Spas on the Outer Banks. Todd was so easy to work with. He was excellent at explaining our options when selecting our hot tub. Todd is the man to go see if you are interested in buying a hot tub. Thanks Todd!

Todd and the guys did a fantastic job installing our hot tub. I was a little nervous about how they were going to get it in to place when he told me the plan. It went off without a hitch.
