We just got our second Hot Springs hot tub. We've been dealing with Great Atlantic on the OBX for 20yrs. So excited! Everything was well planned out, delivery and setup all went smoothly. Tyler is awesome!!! He stopped by today to go through the set up and operations with us. Thank you so much, looking forward to relaxing in our new tub!!
Just purchased the tx model. Alan came out to explain the salt water system to me did a fantastic job!! Would highly recommend Great Atlantic to anyone interested in getting a spa. Super easy to deal with explained everything in the process of purchasing and setting up the spa.
We purchased a HotSpring Rythym from Todd. Delivery was simple. Just filled it & Tyler came out to teach me how to care for the spa. He was very helpful & informative. I would recommend this retailer.
