Our Pea Island Elopement wedding planned by Zoe Morris was outstanding. The attention to every detail was professionally planned and executed to perfection. We couldn’t have asked for more. It exceeded our lofty expectations in every way. The floral arrangements were gorgeous. I highly recommend Zoe and Bells & Whistles!
Ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered same day, it arrived quickly and was beautiful, actually prettier than the picture on the web I think in my picture from the recipient. So happy we have this local grower in Kitty Hawk
Dorothy always goes above and beyond expectations. My granddaughters and I are celebrating our birthdays this week. Dorothy created beautiful individual bouquets for each of us.
