KRC-Kinston Refrigeration Co. provides excellent service and customer service, going above and beyond. The response from the company is excellent. Technicians are very nice, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite, handling problems quickly. The office staff are great people, easy to work with, friendly, and awesome. They help in any way to get service as quickly as possible. This is the best heating and air company around, and they are highly recommended to everyone for HVAC system maintenance and warranty repair.
They came to service my refrigerator and Landon was very nice. He called the manufacturer and they gave him a fix right over the phone. It was about 3 weeks from initial call to when they arrived, but in my opinion that is superior, especially for warranty repairs. I also appreciate the 2 hour window. That was really nice. Overall, it was great service. The people at the office were super nice; the tech was super nice & knowledgeable - very pleased with the service. Thank you so much.
They showed up fast and even though they were there for my microwave, my fridge was also leaking, the guy helped me pull the fridge out and cut the water off which prevented even further damage to my flooring-which he didn't have to do! Seriously appreciate that! Would recommend them any day of the week! Thank you!
Looking at the information for this company, they appear to do more with HVAC. However, we were referred to them for appliance repair. They have delays in scheduling. Then, they tell you that the part is no longer manufactured. Yet, we went with Dependable Appliance Repair, and they ordered the part and fixed it quickly. Keep in mind this is not commenting on the HVAC.
