Had a major leak at my home, requiring the town to come out and turn off the water. R Blivens was one of the few companies in the OBX to even pick up the phone at 3pm on a Monday. I explained we had the leak stopped, and they said they could be there in the morning. Excellent service.
I called Sunday about a sudden leak and was on the schedule the next day. The technician was thorough and diagnosed it right away, and sent a team yesterday afternoon to install a new water heater. Polite, efficient, reasonable price, and not only did they clean up the area and re-fit the drip pan and panel over the heater, they brought in my Amazon packages while I was doing in home video work! Excellent service, we will definitely use them in the future.
One thing is always guaranteed on the OBX. Contractors and tradesman are always busy. So when I called R.Blivens Plumbing to see if they'd received my panicked late night message, I was thrilled to hear the tech was already in his truck and en route. Day saved, shower valve replaced, water turned back on. Story over. Blivens's ROCKS.
