Our pups, Chloe and Luna stayed for a 3 night stay at Ocean Sands. When we got there, Pam and her husband were there to greet us. They let our dogs sniff around and made sure they were comfortable. While they were acclimating to the space, Pam talked to us and made us feel comfortable with leaving our dogs there. Once they were comfortable, they set up their beds and we were on our way. Pam is extremely meticulous and followed our directions exactly (that is sometimes not typical with boarding places unfortunately.) Excellent experience, Pam is the real deal. She has a program and is extremly committed to her work.I was nervous before I dropped my dog off since she has struggled with boarding in the past and the contingency option would be to abandon my vacation and drive home, but I felt at ease after I met Pam.One piece of advice to the customers, Pam takes the appointment times seriously, so plan accordingly!

Pam is just wonderful. We hired her pet taxi service while we were in town for our wedding. She brought our dog, Horace, to the venue so he could make a cameo for photos. She is friendly, reliable, and communicative. I am grateful and beyond thrilled with our experience! Highly recommend. Thank you, Pam!
