We have had McGee and Sons, The Gentleman Plumbers do a number of jobs over the years and they always do a great job. Our most recent job was replacing the water heaters in our condo at Southern Shores. It wasn't an easy job since they had to take out a wall to remove the old water heaters. Luke and Landon started first thing in the morning and were finished by 4PM. They were both incredibly friendly, professional and and thorough. Landon had to return the following day to sand the sheetrock and he did a great job. Mike McGee’s team from Gentleman Plumber provides prompt, expert, courteous service. Recently our water valve burst on New Year’s Day! After leaving a phone message, Mike called me back immediately and assured me that he’d send someone within the hour, two at most! Sure enough an hour later, Sam cheerfully arrived and replaced the valve. He willingly fixed another minor plumbing issue as well. In the past the Gentleman plumber has replaced our hot water heater, fixed a toilet issue, replaced a faucet and replaced frozen water valves. We just had another flawless experience from Mr. McGee and the Gentleman Plumber team. Two water heaters reached the end of their useful life and began to give out. The same day we called for help, a technician came to the house, identified the problem and solution options, and coordinated a quote. Due to interior access complications, the work couldn't be done that same day. However, on the next business day, a three-man water heater specialist team (Isaiah, Landon, and Sam) arrived bright and early to replace two heaters.
