I can not tell you how wonderful our experience was! We had an emergent need for a full glass pane exterior door as ours was shattered. They were able to find a door and cut out what we needed. I had the best associate experience ever. Tyler helped me with a new door and window repair. He made the process so easy and worked with my repair person over the phone. Kelloggs was also my supplier when I built my home 12 years ago. Thank goodness they are in our community!!!!! The Best!
I am impressed with the customer service representatives level of knowledge and professionalism! Recently we experienced a storm which shattered a window sash at our local church. I talked to the window and door representative, Robbie Ricco, who reached out to the window manufacturer and coordinated a free replacement.
