Having recently had a bad experience with a local dentist, I was apprehensive about my first appt with Dr. Jacobson, and my dental appt and cleaning here turned out to be a totally positive experience! Liz at the front desk was so nice, she immediately put me at ease. That set the tone. Robin, my hygienist, was thorough and efficient, and also very pleasant. Dr. Jacobson, while performing the exam, was gentle, and explained each step to me. He spent a good deal of time with me; I never felt like he was rushing through the exam.
