I had a fantastic experience with Coastal Elements Heating & Cooling. After calling about an issue with our unit, they were at my house within just a few hours. The technician / owner Brian was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything fixed within the hour. It’s also great to support a locally owned business that truly takes care of its customers. I was actually referred to them by TLW Contracting. Even though TLW no longer services heating and air, they still took the time to look at my unit, and point me toward Coastal Elements—and I’m so glad they did. Great service, quick response, and excellent work. I highly recommend Coastal Elements Heating & Cooling!
