Coastal Elements was recommended to us when our AC stopped working during this recent July heatwave. We called first thing this morning and they said they would send a tech out later today. Hunter arrived on time, and was professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed within minutes. We highly recommend their services, and will definitely use them for our HVAC needs in the future.

I had a fantastic experience with Coastal Elements Heating & Cooling. After calling about an issue with our unit, they were at my house within just a few hours. The technician / owner was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had everything fixed within the hour.
It’s also great to support a locally owned business that truly takes care of its customers. I was actually referred to them by TLW Contracting. Even though TLW no longer services heating and air, look at my unit, and point me toward Coastal Elements—and I’m so glad they did.
