Cleaned basement carpet post flash flood damage. Very thorough and got out stains I wasn’t expecting to come out. Also cleaned sofas & 2 upholstered chairs. Explained the options and pricing very clearly upfront. No surprises. Everything looks great!

Chem-Dry is my favorite carpet cleaner. They never disappoint. I just had my carpet cleaned and I am so pleased with how it turned out. My carpet cleaner, Marshall, took his time and really concentrated on the difficult areas. The result was astounding! I thought he was sincere, thorough, and very professional. I will definitely call again.

I called chem dry sobbing mid-day because all 3 of my dogs had an accident all over our couch and rug in our brand new house. They were able to come out for an emergency same day clean.
Brittany was awesome and very empathetic over the phone. Rich jumped in quick to get one of his team members over to me. Marshall is the young gentleman in the photo who ended up in a roadside ditch trying to get to my house. He was able to get help, get equipment in the mean time and service our home even while being stuck.
I am so grateful for the team and I couldn’t have gotten through one of my worst days without them.
