We were going to replace our kitchen faucet but ended up calling Gentry Plumbing because our water wouldn't shut off under the sink. The house shutoff wasn't working either. Nick was very respectful and courteous. He answered all my questions and fixed our problem in no time. Much appreciated Nick! Had a sporadic odor smell that we had been dealing with for some time. Nick was able to trace the issue using his camera system and smoke bomb test to find what was an improperly configured vent. He corrected the issue right away. He has made several follow up phone calls to make sure the issue has not returned. Great customer service and very reasonable rates. Highly recommended.

I thought we had a spigot leak after being told we had moisture under our house. I called Gentry Plumbing who then sent Adam out to check for any leaks and replace the spigot if needed. First of all, Adam called me to let me know he was about 15 mins away from my house. After going under the house, he called to let me know he hadn’t found a leak in the spigot and even took a video to show how the dirt in the crawl space wasn’t soaked. I am so impressed with the communication and integrity of Gentry Plumbing! In this day and time, it is so nice to know there are people out there who won’t try and take advantage of homeowners, telling them they need repairs etc., just to make money. I highly recommend this company if you want honest people doing any plumbing repairs to your home!! I put a lot of stock in reviews from people so I wanted to make sure everyone knows they can trust Gentry Plumbing with any issues they may have!!

Last week my tankless water heater stopped heating up water. I called Nick, and he was at my house the very same day to check it out. He was able to get the geriatric tankless water heater working and also flush it for me the same day!! Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He was also very kind, honest, and quick to come out to see if he could help. Reasonable prices too! Gentry plumbing is definitely my plumbing go to from now on.
