The young man that came to service my heating and air conditioning unit was very respectful of me and my house. The young man carefully explained the whole process of cleaning and testing of my h v a c unit. When he completed the task, he came in and carefully explained once again. What items he tested and how well the unit performed. To my knowledge, G&S is a local privately owned company. It is a pleasant surprise to see that they G&S are hiring men of character and qualifications to represent their company in the public's eye.
Fernando called ahead to let me know that he was on the way. He arrived just as he said he would.
Fernando did a very thorough check of my system and performed a good cleaning of the outdoor unit.
I am very pleased with the service that Fernando provided.
Jacob called, telling us his intended arrival time. He arrived precisely at the intended time.
Jacob informed me that his visit was coded as a trouble call instead of the semi-annual ESA visit that I had requested.
Jacob performed all of the normal checks on the unit and found all parts of the system were functioning properly.
I had asked him up front to check the variable speed fan to make sure that it was functioning correctly and he did.
I didn’t receive the new filters that I normally get during the ESA visit because the visit was coded incorrectly in the office.
