Do your own research and do not believe what you are told by the “sales people” at this company. They do not tell you that the out of pocket cost is way cheaper in the long run than using your insurance. I’ve paid triple what I could have paid by choosing to use my insurance instead of cash. Supplies are also way overpriced here. I can purchase supplies with cash from Amazon and not deal with the cost and lack of helpful people that are working for this facility.

This place is the very worst. Stay far away. Tried to take advantage of me through billing and my insurance. I want to buy a machine you insist on me renting for three months then buying. This increases the price of the equipment by 5 times…… I want to buy a machine you then tell me I can get a used one for $1,000.00. Really? This is beyond belief, who would want a used piece of equipment that involves another persons mouth, nose, and respiratory system? Read the reviews below, others have experienced the same thing. This place has zero concern for your health; the only concern here is their health, financial health…. Order what you need online and skip this headache.

From the receptionist, to working with the technician, they were very professional when explaining everything about my newest CPAP machine. The technician even went "the extra mile" to find me more comfortable headgear wraps than what I've used in the past. I look forward to working with them in the future to meet my needs.

Not knowledgeable about insurance, unprofessional and rude. Told me to clean my machine the way my doctor and other clinics told me not to do. Refused to give me all the supplies I normally get because “that’s not how we do things” although I know what my insurance pays for. Insists on renting a new machine instead of letting me purchase one like my insurance allows. Worst clinic by far in the area.

State Board and legal complaints are in-route.This place should be shut down, I was shocked to found out they were delivering my infant son adult milk for 6 months. Kristy Grander current showed nothing but low class and trashy professionalism while handing this situation. She show no empath for how much my son suffered due to her error. No where should she be a clinic manager of any office, hopefully the state department will be agreeable with me.@ Atrium Health At Home executives, don't stand behind an employee who lack so many professional and impersonal skills. It's shameful. If I would've heard any action to correct and clean up your management, you probably would've saved yourself a lot of money and legal trouble now. I appreciate the simple apologize tho, but I will allow the courts to handle this now and. state board to deal with Grander license and future career.

Tried to place order in May 2022 for the face mask F30i which covers mouth & fits under nose. Rep took order but when described it was only pillow nasal that click on head gear. I told her that didn't sound right the one I had clicked in 4 places but......waiting on Jonathan ph call still

Krista was exceptional at promptly attending to my fathers cpap repair needs and getting him a replacement. She was kind, patient and made sure he understood how to properly use and clean his machine. Chris was awesome too for bringing the parts we needed and discussing with us the best options to go forward. 100% recommend this location and the awesome staff that work here. The front desk lady was very nice as well.
