I got my first tattoo, Aug. 29 2024. I spoke with Craig numerous times before. Each time, he was patient and informative. I came into this with all the knowledge I needed to make a very informed decision. I came in with an idea. Craig worked with me to hash out all of the fine details. He then got to work. The worst part of the entire process was my butt got sore from sitting. The tattoo was almost completely painless. The final result completely overwhelmed me. We took breaks as we went along, and I saw it coming together but was not fully prepared for the final piece of artwork Craig put on my arm. I think it concerned him for a second because it teared up and about ugly cried. The experience was so much more than I expected, and Craig was the reason for how great it turned out. It is an awesome qork of art that he put on my arm. Not just a tattoo but a work of art. I am truly happy with the result and the entire experience. I'm already thinking of my next design and it will be done by no one else but Craig at Relentless Ink.
I woke up this morning and the bandage had come loose over part of it. I freaked out a bit, and contacted them. They explained the bandages can come loose early due to oils in my skin or being rubbed off like in my sleep. They advised me to go ahead with the after care instructions. I cleaned it and put the after care lotion on it and then stood and looked at it in the mirror, again overwhelmed at the work he did.

Cleanliness: Craig explained the cleanliness process. He cleaned my arm fully before starting. He explained that he used new needles fresh from. A sterilized package. While explaining, he dropped a package on the floor. He opened it and put them in the sharps container. Having the package touch the floor would have possibly contaminated the others had he set it on the work tray, so he disposed of them. Everything was cleaned better than I would have thought was necessary. So, I was more than comfortable with the process.
We had Noah and Tyler do our driveway and sidewalk today and they did a great job. My husband was very pleased.
We found a great place to cut my husband's hair. We've been to several places between Concord and Kannapolis. We highly recommend it and we keep coming back for sure. They stay open late cause of people waiting. We really appreciate for taking care of my husband.

And used to be called AVA NAILS if I’m not mistaken, and I used to take people there to get their nails done and the first time I tried it, I fell in love with them. The staff and technicians are friendly. Don’t mind about your specifics that you desire on your nails if it cost them a little bit more time to do it. Nick Gentry was God sent. He was the first contact and after I explained what issue I was having he was able to schedule me the next day after such late notice. I knew then I had chosen the right one, he and his assistant was very knowledgeable at the task at hand , understanding and patient with me. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing services. He’s number one in my book.
Justin had repaired my shower stall pan which was cracked. He came in and did his "Magic". I was very satisfied with the way Justin took pride in his work and is a master at his craft. He was also very reasonable on his estimate, so it was within my means to be able to afford to job to get done in a timely fashion.

We just had Fortress Exteriors do some minor repairs on the roof and then we had all new 6” gutters, bigger down spouts and leaf guards added on the entire house.Fenn Allen the owner was recommended to us so we made an appt for him to come out and quote us. He took measurements and by the evening we had a quote. His prices are very reasonable and he is very honest.A week later, the roofers came this morning to fix some things and the gutter guys came this afternoon. They were wonderful, prompt, fast, cleaned up the entire mess. They worked with us to get the down spouts off the roof line. We are very pleased with their work.
Communication was top notch within a day typically. Prices were fair for the work I requested. They came out on time and quoted me for the vent rubber boots to be replaced. They did the work promptly and even shared some photos of the roof with possible hail damage. I appreciate a local company that does honest work in a timely manner. We had Ashlyn and the patience that woman has was amazing. Both of my girls were scared and she handled it with ease. My youngest got in the chair and immediately started crying. I've been coming here for almost 2 years, I've stepped out and went to a bigger more popular place with my daughter, but Nails by Duke is my nail home! It's like cheers, although they may not remember my name they remember my story!! My nails are always cute and they actually can hear and understand and execute my desires!! They are fast and my nails actually last!

Specialties: Christina did my nails, my pitiful, broken, refuse-to-grow nails with the gentlest, tenderest, filing and polishing I've EVER had. Past experiences have resulted in my fragile nails breaking UNDER the gel or Acrylic coating. Christina understood how thin my natural nails are and treated them accordingly. She knows her craft! Just had my first ever sugar waxing appointment today with Shannon! She makes you feel 100% comfortable and walks you through everything and is so easy to talk to and doesn’t make you feel like an inconvenience (I’m an anxious talker)! It’s obvious the love and dedication she has for her job that makes me want to come back! Aside from getting over being bashful (yes…bashful…even after having two kids?), I was nervous about the pain (we’ve all seen those reaction videos before) but honestly it wasn’t that bad! It wasn’t pleasant but it wasn’t unbearable! I’ve already got my next appointment booked! She’s the first esthetician I’ve seen and I’m looking forward to adding more services to my list to start pampering myself! 1000/10 recommend?

I have no idea why the bad reviews for BK Plumbing because we've had a very positive experience with them. So far our problem isn't resolved but they continue to send different technicians with other equipment to try out. William and Raphael spent combined hours with patience and professionalism. Called Max Remodeling for a quote for an extensive bathroom remodel. The goal was to close off a Jack and Jill bathroom, open up a new door from an outside wall, move some plumbing, add a window, etc. It was a total gut of the bathroom. I had heard about Leo from a neighbor and they raved about the quality of his work. He came by to measure and quote. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process. His quote was fair for the amount of work that had to be done. I accepted the quote and he ended up bringing in a team shortly after. The man knows what the heck he is doing.We have a Mill House and some of the character comes from the older styling throughout the house. Leo was able to match that character outside of the bathroom to the point where it looks natural. The bathroom itself looks fantastic! I finally cashed in on a gift card I received for Christmas (yes, 10 months later). I don’t know why I waited so long because Lee was fabulous. She was professional and knowledgeable applying the perfect amount of pressure in all the right places. I know what I’ll be asking for again this Christmas!
Karen has an excellent technique. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated when she is done. I sit at a computer most days so she focuses on areas that need released while treating the whole body. Would highly recommend.
