Brief wait time and competent medical staff makes visits to this provider a breeze.

Avoid this place by all means necessary. Zero continuity of care. They have rushed through every appointment. They have lost bloodwork then requested my partner come in at their earliest convenience to get it done.

I had the most horrible experience ever. You can drive to Wilmington and see a better team or dr in the time they make you wait to be seen. They had no empathy for me or my situation. Would not prescribe me a medication for their own peace of mind pretty much gave me an incorrect one size fits all explanation. Asked me what stds i wanted to be checked for in front of everyone in the waiting room and they take their urinalysis in paper cups. Also I asked for food to be taken bc I am anemic and the plobotomist just went home at 4 and they said come back tomorrow to take it. I was very devastated. You just dont get the same level of care as you would in a bigger city they just dont know what they are doing and also told me the medication i asked for was bad for my liver yet chat gpt said its processed thru the kidneys. She just told me whatever to get me out of there I will never go back

They misdiagnosed me as diabetic. I’m not almost had me on insulin. Could’ve killed me. Their age policy almost killed me as I had an infection they should’ve referred me out. Now 2.5 years later a growth where my incision was. I’m referred to them for an ultrasound. Please refer patients to the hospital then the growth is leaving me where I’m collapsing I’m sleeping all day I’m in pain and I’m mainly on a liquid diet due to the pressure of the growth. I think it’s cancer can anyone contact me and help? I’m ordering a walker next week and I’m only 34 years old I’m in pain as a single parent why would you reject a woman with children in such a terrible position? That’s heartbreaking my life is meaningless because I can’t get the support I need to get to an appointment that discriminates against people who lack resources and support. Daycares have waitlists in this area how can you not help

    - (WORST EXPERIENCE) EVER MY WIFE HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE AGE POLICY BECAUSE I WAS DEPLOYED AND MY WIFE DID NOT HAVE ANYONE TO WATCH OUR CHILD WHICH IS 2YRS OLD
WHICH AFFECTED HER MEDICAL CARE DURING HER PREGNANCY, YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE MORE SUPPORTIVE WITH MILITARY FAMILIES IN A MILITARY TOWN.

It was my first appointment with them and all the nurses and practitioners were really nice and helpful. All my questions were answered in a timely manner and with proper information.

I just left the office and couldn’t come leave a review fast enough. My appointment was at 9am and I arrived early (8:45am) to fill out paperwork. The check-in process was easy and I was sent to another waiting area at 9:09am. At 9:41am they did my vitals and what not and told me they were waiting on a room to open. At 10:27am I asked how much longer it would be because I had to leave at 11am to pick up my daughter. The nurse told me that they had an emergency so they were running behind. I asked again at 10:45am if I was going to be seen by 11am. The nurse told me they may not be able to see me by then and asked if I could come back this afternoon. I told her that was not an option because I would have my 4 month old and 3 year old with me (they don’t allow you to bring kids over the age of 1). I was finally brought back to a room at 10:49am. The doctor came in at 10:54 and I told her I had 6 minutes before I had to leave. It took her 6 minutes to explain the surgery I’m wanting to schedule. SIX MINUTES. I waited 2 and a half hours for a 6 minute appointment. If you get referred to this office, just do yourself a favor and call to be referred somewhere else. It’s not worth it.

Cant believe anyone associated with healthcare would refuse a sick mother treatment for having her kids with her. Not everyone has that kind of support. This just takes people already in bad situations and puts them in worse situations. Their policy needs to be reconsidered and revised.
