The massage rooms are tranquil, private, and tastefully decorated. Lori-Ann has done 4 deep tissue massages for me and she is incredible! She pays very close attention to details on the intake sheet. She asks questions and tailors a plan for your specific needs. I was very nervous when I first went in as I’m not a massage person. I went at the advice of my doctor and personal trainer. Hutch works the front desk and is so polite and professional. He and Lori-Ann both immediately put me at ease. Lori-Ann makes you feel valued and truly cared about your needs. I HIGHLY recommend this team for all your massage needs!“

“I booked the zen90 with Megan and she didn’t an amazing job. I had a baby last Fourth of July and husband deployed a month later so I hadn’t done anything nice for myself since before our child was born. She hit so many pressure points that immediately relaxed me and she also showed me where they are so I can do them at home. She also showed the pressure points for migraines and the different types cause of migraines and which pressure points to do when I get them. Which is often. She was so sweet and had me feeling so relaxed and tired after I didn’t even make into the gym after like I had planned because I was so sleepy and just wanted to go home and nap, which I did. “Found Dr. Keefer because a coworker was looking for a chiropractor. I told them don't use mine, find someone new, and let me know what you find. Best advice I ever gave that ended up helping me more than them.
Went in the week before my accident. She already had me do X-rays on day one — something no chiropractor I'd seen before ever thought to do. Right there I knew she was different. Thorough from the start.
Then March 30th happened and I got rear ended. Came back in as an accident patient, new paperwork, new X-rays, full workup. She compared my neck before and after and somehow — somehow — it looked better post-accident than pre. I told her maybe the accident helped. She did not fully agree with that assessment.
She has been with me through this entire recovery. Consistent, thorough, not missing anything. Now she's helping coordinate my transition into physical therapy to keep the progress going. That's not just a chiropractor — that's someone who actually manages your care.
I have two coworkers who see her now. Working on a third. Trying to get my wife in there too.
I cannot recommend her and her team enough. If you're in the area and need a chiropractor, stop looking.

“Strained my low back & it was taking forever to get better. Hadn't had a massage in about 10 years, so was trusting the reviews to find a good place. They did not lead me astray. My masseuse was Madalyn. She was amazing. Nice atmosphere, from the check-in desk staff to the treatment room. Madalyn checked to see if I had any problems areas before starting & then worked on me for an hour. She provided a high quality massage & hit the area I was having problems with. I left feeling so much better. The environment, customer service, massage, & overall experience was great. I also love the ease of scheduling an appointment right off of the yelp page. They probably all do a great job here, but since I've only been here once, for now, I can definitely recommend Madalyn. I will be retuning.“

“5 stars for Star. This was my second visit at Jacksonville Massage; had a treatment with Yeni previously (which was exceptional). Star worked my arm/elbow where I have tendonitis and leg where I have IT band issues. Back work included cupping and heat. Overall great treatment that was equal parts physical therapy and relaxing massage. Will be back when I'm in town again.“
