⚠️ The fact that I’m taking a small pause to type this review is of importance and worth the mention. As you proceed to read, of course consider your own expectations and experiences. Certainly it will impact how you move forward with your choice to bring your business or be a patron of this specific location. Hopefully this comment helps to influence your decision in a positive way. Generally, having service done is a necessity either for maintenance or an untimely incident. Both reasons cause a bit of “Whyyyyyy emotions” lol 😂 If it wasn’t for Tony in the service department and his team ….it would be torture and embarrassing! I’ve come to this location for both reasons (recalls, maintenance and the self inflicted accident 😮). Each time I was treated with dignity, courtesy and even the appropriate respectful level of humor. I asked questions, learned new helpful tips and even had to leave my vehicle due to the type of repair. We never want to leave our baby 😆 The team considered my time and convenience. Offered transportation service and the entire time I was kept in the loop with responsive communication. I trust them and that is critical!!!! I’ve seen how the staff is treated by some with a since of entitlement and lack of human grace while demanding it for themselves…. yet they still handled the situation with professionalism and ultimately a resolution. The service industry is tough especially these days yet they show up to offer a service that I COULD NEVER DO!!! Applause for a job well done! I recommend coming with a smile, extend kindness first and it’s likely that you too will have a great experience!
