Had an appointment at 12:30. Was told I had to leave my car overnight that it may be finished sometime Thursday. Was going out with my daughter I got a call that my van was ready and I could pick it up. My daughter drove me over to get it. Happy they fix what was wrong and didn't have to wait till Thursday. They are very professional and does a great job on whatever they do and very friendly and explain everything to you.

These guys are amazing. My seat was broken and I threw out my back because of driving in terrible posture. They fixed the problem for me. They were so kind- truly above and beyond. We always bring our cars here.You may rely on their hard work, honesty, and integrity absolutely. Best place in Jacksonville if you have base access!

me and my husband love Paul and Zach! after so many trips to firestone for our vehicles those two always get us in as soon as they can and most of the time it’s the same day if not the next. they are so kind and helpful and will answer any questions you have. i will always come to firestone on New River first for my vehicle needs before anywhere else. they recognize me and my husband each time we come in and they always ask how we’ve been and what we’ve been up to, it’s not only about the vehicles. if you’re looking for great customer service definitely ask for one of these two! keep up the great work Paul and Zach!
