Cecilia is an actual angel on earth. My hair is about 90% of my identity and when I came to her I was pretty down bad with a previous at home hair experiment. Courtesy of my mother, but I digress, we talked thru what I wanted and what we were going to do. Not only did we do the normal 2 step, but she walked thru every single step right do to the what, the how, and the why. I initially came in to return an item from another rude ulta where they avoid customers. Jacob at the cash register took notice of what I was returning and paid attention to details to have another employee help me. I eventually ended up with Cierra/sierra (I asked for a name because I forgot) and she helped me find a perfect fragrance even though I struggled putting it into words. She also helped my friend find a fragrance too and she just came to return an item. We also signed up for cards! The staff here were very helpful friendly and honest. I appreciate their customer service!

I had a great experience at the Clinique counter thanks to Michael. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly took the time to listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed or pushed toward products I didn’t need. Instead, he focused on understanding the issues I was having and helped me find solutions that actually made sense for my skin.
His approach felt genuine and thoughtful, which made the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. It’s clear he cares about helping people, not just making a sale. I really appreciated his guidance and will definitely be coming back because of him.
