Small Town Heating and Air Llc is truly in a class by itself. Nick is amazing, very honest and up front with everything. He will tell you what is truly wrong and is not there to just make a sale. The company is extremely fast, extremely friendly, and extremely professional. Nick was very prompt and fixed the problem within a short time, even on a Saturday and July 4th. He arrived when he said he would and resolved the issue in ten minutes. They stand behind their work and stay in constant contact to make sure everything is working properly. Small Town Heating and Air has a financing option through a bank, which made it easier to afford a new install. They did an incredible job explaining the “what” and the “why” with the repair. The price was very reasonable. The company is available in a very short time and knows exactly what is wrong. Highly recommend calling Small Town Heating and Air for any issue that needs to be resolved quickly and right.

Absolutely a godsend! A/C went down Saturday night of all nights! He was here first thing Sunday morning… super kind and understanding … was upfront about what he saw … was able to fix the issue immediately and even fixed a few things he saw that could be potential issues in the future. We were super blessed by finding this company and I will forever call them now and recommend them to everyone! Thank you so very much for putting this mamas heart at ease.
