Small Town Heating and Air Llc is truly in a class by itself. Nick is amazing, very honest and up front with everything. He will tell you what is truly wrong and is not there to just make a sale. The company is extremely fast, extremely friendly, and extremely professional. Nick was very prompt and fixed the problem within a short time, even on a Saturday and July 4th. He arrived when he said he would and resolved the issue in ten minutes. They stand behind their work and stay in constant contact to make sure everything is working properly. Small Town Heating and Air has a financing option through a bank, which made it easier to afford a new install. They did an incredible job explaining the “what” and the “why” with the repair. The price was very reasonable. The company is available in a very short time and knows exactly what is wrong. Highly recommend calling Small Town Heating and Air for any issue that needs to be resolved quickly and right.
This company is truly in a clsss by itself. I called Nick in the evening and he was at our home early the next morning… quickly diagnosed our issue and fixed our a/c… then did an incredible job explaining the “what” and the “why” with our repair… I highly recommend Small Town Heating & A/C to be your FIRST call

Nick came in and replaced all my duct work and put in a new unit! He made it a pleasant experience. Small town heating and air has financing option through a bank which made it so much easier to be able to afford the new install. He did it in a very timely manner. Was even out here in a bad storm trying finish up. He also stays in constant contact even after the install to make sure everything is working properly and that we are satisfied!

Talk about Mr. Johnny On The Spot. Came home and our AC was on the fritz called Small Town and in less then an hour Andrew was here and had us straight within 30 mins. Extremely Fast, Extremely Friendly, Extremely Professional !!!
