ABSOLUTE AMAZING! Hands down. Choose THIS company for ALL your HVAC needs! My air conditioner unit was frozen. Ritchie's had a tech on site the same day when others were weeks out. Brad (OUTSTANDING technician), discovered the problem within 15 minutes of being on site. Answered all my questions and explained it at a level that a basic homeowner would understand. Unfortunately, that wasnt my only problem. After ruther review, my duct work was way to small for what I needed and was restricting air flow.Tucker, a managing partner, was on site the very next day. Our air conditioning stopped working over a holiday weekend on Emerald Isle, NC and they were able to schedule and come out within one hour. Cam was very clear on the prices, the issue, and fixed it. Highly recommend.
