I was interested in a property they had listed for rent. Giving 3 stars because one agent we dealt with, ShaRon, was lovely and very responsive and on top of business. The actual listing agent, Kaycee, was unprofessional and lacked answers to basic questions that are her job to know and only followed up the next day after I asked ShaRon if she was in office, then took very long to respond to my questions. I ended up going with a different rental company and I am so happy that I did, maybe buying is a different experience but I would stay away from them if you want to lease a property. Kaycee lacks professionalism and competence.
I have purchased multiple properties through Realty One over the past few years. I have had positive experiences each time. The key to any real estate transaction is to be “engaged/involved.” Get to know your agent before you sign your contract! Ask questions about everything & demand answers. A committed agent will work hard for you and will produce a positive result. Choose smartly to guarantee a fruitful outcome.
