I could not be happier with this company they were very pleasant to work with and definitely to talk with. Lynn and her staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had a nice place to live in and a safe environment as well. I definitely recommend Independent Really to rent though they won’t steer you wrong

Joe (and Ellen) Hough were a lifesaver for me and made moving 100% easier and actually manageble. I lived over 6 hours away and was a college student who had no idea what she wanted or anything about the area. Joe worked with me on a 1-1 level and made things easy to understand. I was definitely a difficult client but Joe came through for me and helped me time and time again. Between changing my mind almost daily on what I was looking for, and having to make spur of the moment appointments he was reliable and patient through it all. I cannot recommend him enough. I will definitely be a repeat customer when I'm ready to move again.

They have been nothing but helpful! We actually purchased another home and set our move out date. However, due to circumstances beyond our control we were unable to close on the original date. Toni was a ROCKSTAR and helped us stay another month. Then, lovely Hurricane Florence descended upon our community and we were unable to move yet again. Once again, Toni to the rescue and helped up work out an additional week with the homeowners. I know that a lot of real estate places in Jacksonville get a bad rap and it colors the entire picture for all companies, but these folks have been awesome. I highly recommend them.
