Firstly, I originally made my appointment for Thursday morning. She contacted me and asked if she could change my appointment to Saturday at 7:30 am. I said "great" as seen in the screenshots. She booked me for Saturday, not me! So instead of admitting she overbooked herself or she admitting she made other plans and did not want to do my hair. She calls me and tried to intimidate me by saying my hair style would cost over $200. I told her that was no problem . She then says she can get me in at 4:30am. I obliged. When none of that worked. This Hair Studio is a God-send!! True Testimony: I desired something different for my hair, so I prayed and asked God to lead me to the right place with a Peaceful atmosphere. I've lived in Jacksonville for almost 30 years, and have had the same hair stylist for about the same length of time, so I was a little skeptical about going to anyone else but I needed something different.
