We are super appreciative of Jason! We met with several companies to get a quote and Jason at Humphrey was the only one who took their time to look at everything (even some gas lines out of code) and explain what they were doing. The technicians were great and treated our home like their own. The vent work in the ceiling was done well, and doesn’t look like they were added. W have already recommended them to our neighbors. We are so happy with the new unit. Thanks Humphrey’s!

Editing my earlier review. STILL a 5. I have had 2 service visits and talked to them on the phone at least twice the past year. Both techs were the most polite and thorough. I knew I wasn't crazy that there was something wrong and they found the issue.
The office staff and messaging system are fantastic. I received a text with a photo image of the tech that was en-route. I even got a call from the tech on the way and he arrived in the time-frame he said he would.
