Before the Christmas holidays I visited this car wash and the automatic teller wasn't working properly. An employee came out to assist and when the machine didn't work for him he asked to take my card inside to pay for the service. Everything was fine with my service. Then on Dec 28th while traveling out of the local Jacksonville area I noticed that I had a charge on my account for a car wash service. 🤔 How does that happen? Of course following all protocol for fraud canceling my card and submitting a fraud claim with my bank. Moral of the story don't give the attendant your card. 😮💨

— Got a free Ceramic Shield — —Came in on a Friday 1-2pm— ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❌ Overall, this place is a solid, happy-medium car wash 🫡 I brought my ’22 black Tacoma through and it came out looking good. Although the lower wheel panels could’ve been a bit cleaner.
A few things I noticed that could make it even better: • More spray bottles with clearer options (one for windows, another for body/interior) • An air compressor would be clutch • More rags available — I counted maybe 15 or fewer across two carts. With 5–6 vehicles at once, supplies went fast with more cars in line.
There were only two spray bottles out, and I happened to grab one before a small rush came through. You could definitely tell the cars that came after me wanted it while I was using it.
That said, still a good wash and I’d come back on non-busy hours. A few small tweaks and this place would easily be above its weight.

One of those places you don’t need everyday but when you need it, it comes in clutch! Very nice people. Been here twice and greeted immediately upon pulling into the car wash line. Eager to help and the cleaning supplies are always full. I believe this may be a franchise type establishment. So if you like this particular green clean, don’t forget to support!

If I’m gonna pay for a wash and they’re gonna only wash half my window and it’s not even gonna clean off any of my car I have a lot of unwashed parts on my vehicle….

Staff and customer service are A1!! They are the best. However, the car wash did put several scratches on my vehicle so if you really care about your car's paint you might want to choose a touchless option instead

I've had a membership to this car wash for a few months now it auto renews. I keep meaning to stop it because literally, every time I go through this car wash it breaks down at some point throughout the wash I sit for 2 to 3 minutes before they get it working again and the other half the time one of the vacuums doesn't work that I pull up to so I have to get back in my car and find another place with a working vacuum to pull into when you plan on spending 5 minutes total going through the car wash and vacuuming your car sitting like that the time adds up

I’ve had a membership at Green Clean for a couple of years now. I don’t keep coming back just because it’s on my route home from work — it’s because the experience is always outstanding. Their customer service has consistently been top-tier, and today was no exception. As soon as we pulled up, a team member named Dave (who I hadn’t seen before) immediately put a smile on our faces with his energy and the way he directed us toward the car wash. His positive attitude was contagious and set the tone for the rest of the visit. It’s interactions like that that remind me why I’ve stayed a loyal customer for so long. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their customers and keeps great energy, I can’t recommend Green Clean enough!

This place is unprofessional and I received calls and they hang up and I had no idea it was a car wash so whoever they are trying to call please stop! You're rude and need to learn manners because you're disrupting me while I'm trying to homeschool my children 👌🙄 now I have to spend what's left of my lunch leaving you a review. I don't know if it's an employee or the owner and I do not care but it's not that hard to say sorry I dialed the wrong number do not call my phone again🤌
