Edward helped us and our friends buy homes. From working with us and touring homes while we were still in a different state he could be trusted to be honest about properties and if they fit out goals. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area. He has a keen eye for issues I wouldn't have noticed with homes and is extremely straight forward. He provides honest and sound advice if you are off target and I highly appreciated that he didn't sugar coat things or just tell me what I wanted to hear. I highly recommend him and will be using him again when we buy another home in the area.

Edward cares deeply for his clients and is there the entire process. He is one of only a few realtors that is on site for the home inspection to ensure he can put his eyes on the issues and ensure they are conveyed to his clients correctly.
