We received the BEST care from our agent! She went beyond and above to make sure our purchase went smoothly. She never said “No” to any of our requests. She even did a real time “FaceTime” through our new house to show us everything due to the fact we lived in another state and were purchasing it sight unseen. She was amazing! And when we couldn’t get the key due to the seller not having his docs in on time, she worked overtime to push them to get them in to the register of deeds and filed so we could get our keys the same day as our closing so we didn’t have to get another hotel for the night. She didn’t give up on us, and somehow always had a solution for every single road block during the process.
