I missed a phone call from this practice today. I have tried multiple times to call them back. I have left several messages. Noone has personally answered the phone. Still waiting to find out why they called me this morning. I'm tempted to stop in their office but the parking lot is so small and busy. My time is also important.
I just don't understand all the negative reviews. We've been going there for years and always had good care. All staff, from front office to nurses, PAs and Doctor are always very pleasant and accommodating. I would agree that the annual paperwork is a bit excessive and it would nice to speak to a human vs answering system during business. Otherwise, I think it's an excellent practice !
I went by the office on a Wednesday to pick up a Lab Order. The time was 4:50 pm. The advertised hours of business are 8:00 - 5:00. The office was closed and there was staff sitting at the front desk. I asked if I could pick up my lab order. They told me through the door they close at 4:45 pm. If the office advertises that it's open until 5:00 then they need to honor that.
