Five stars…⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a leak from attic into garage- I called Davis and sent Joe out same day. He took care of the problem right away and advised us what we will need soon. My neighbor recommended them and I definitely will recommend them!
I was in market for a new HVAC with air purification and some additional accessories. I had 6 companies come out and narrowed it down to two. The 4 companies that were not considered were not through, didn’t make time for additional questions (I felt like the estimate was rushed) and came in way over priced or way under priced. Between the other 2 Davis came out on top. From time of estimate to install Jerry was available honest and helpful. He made sure I fully understood and was comfortable with the decisions I was making. He took my calls emails and texts and his customer service is unmatched, thank you Jerry. Install day was planned for a cooler day as I knew it was gonna be an all day evolution (total redesign) Alex Joshua Mickey and Colton were the install team with Brandon when it was time to start the system. This teams professionalism and communication during the install definitely made me confident in my decision to choose Davis Thank you! Lastly Rolando had to come by and do some fine tuning on the system and it’s been running great since. I can feel the difference, hear the difference with a quieter outside unit and see the difference with lower energy usage. Thank you Desiree in the business office for taking my calls and friendly customer service. Overall my family and I are very happy the system and customer service provided by the entire Davis Heating and AC LLC team.
