I’ve been a Carolina Comfort Air customer for almost three years, and they’ve been excellent from seasonal service through my recent A/C replacement. They kept my old system running like new, but at 15 years old, I decided it was time to replace it as I prepare to sell my home.

Jordan helped me with the purchase and explained everything clearly, addressed my concerns, and helped me choose an option that fit my goals. Rodolfo led the installation, and his team did an excellent job. With five dogs at home, I was worried about the house getting too hot during what was expected to be a two-day job. They sent an additional team and finished in about eight hours.

We just had our maintenance/service with Carolina Comfort Air, and I have to say that William was so professional, so knowledgeable, and so nice. I was extremely pleased and would recommend in a heartbeat

I will also say that William stayed later to do my house the same day as my sisters. We are right next-door. He agreed to stay and do my house, even though he had a long drive home that evening. And a huge shout out to Chance who came to help

Gage and Corey were so professional helpful . And no mess. They answered all my questions and concerns. I called the office at 2:00 they were here at 4:00.form appointment. The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable to! We are very happy with our technicians.I highly recommend recommend if you need a unit for your home . Call them
