This place is great! Extremely clean, inviting, respectful, and most of all, professional! My wife and I decided after our wedding this past weekend in North Topsail that we wanted tattoos to commemorate the event. Not only is Andrew a retired Marine which is awesome and meaningful to us, but he took hours to design the perfect tattoo for my wife and I. We stopped in at nearly every tattoo shop between North Topsail/Sneads Ferry and Jacksonville, Dark Seas was the only shop that was willing to even entertain our tattoos.
