I found Steven on FB and decided to give him a call to clean 4 bedrooms of carpet before putting a house on the market. The online scheduling process was easy and our first phone call was very consultative, I could tell he was interested in doing the best job. Reminders came for the upcoming appt and Steven texted the night before to confirm. Carpets came out clean and fluffy! He was very respectful of the home and left no mess behind. I highly recommend Close Call Carpet Cleaning!
Close Call Carpet Cleaning is excellent and I would use them again. Arrived on time, reviewed the areas to be cleaned and clearly explained the work to be done and the expected outcome. Also his rates are more than reasonable.
I found Steven on Google. He had great reviews so I called him right away. He was able to fit me into his schedule the same week! He was very nice and professional. Did a great job and sent me pictures after the job was complete. I will be calling him in the future. And I do recommend.
