I started the journey online, found a truck I thought I would love, had it shipped, got an appointment, saw it ( loved it ) drove it, discussed terms, bing bang boom. An hour to get my ballsy truck. After care is outstanding as there was an issue with my bed cover, oh, look at that, fixed. BTW, this is the second car we purchased from Carmax. Best experience EVER.
This is the fourth vehicle we've bought from CarMax and like our other buys, the experience has been straightforward and easy. I highly recommend CarMax, I have used three different stores (Winston Salem, Wilmington, and Jacksonville NC) and the sales person's have all been experienced and helpful. This last buy was a 2020 F-150 and at week 3 the battery died and CarMax replaced it with a new one immediately which I did not expect.
