My wife and I did (4) test drives over two days. We dealt with Ernie, Trina (sp?) and Andrew. They were all phenomenal. CarMax is good a place to start but the staff really brought it home for us.
I want to shout out James Carr. I went in to sell my car. Easy and smooth process. James was very knowledgable, personable, kind, and is also very real and honest. I’m glad to have chose this place to sell my car!
This was my first time at a Car Max store. The shopping experience was OUTSTANDING! I have purchased more than two dozen cars over the years, but I've never had such a pleasant and low-stress time looking for a new vehicle. The staff are knowledgable, friendly, and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Car Max location.
