My guy Branden was so amazing! We were lucky enough to have him through the whole process. Everything was clear and straight forward. The Mini that I bought was at a different location and they had the car shipped to Jacksonville and 5 days later I was in that car driving home. Thank you, Branden and the CarMax team!
Excellent place to purchase a vehicle. No pressure or condescending comments from an arrogant sales representative, or worse a sales manager. Just a friendly representative that does their best to make your feel comfortable with your decision. You may pay more, but your purchasing a vehicle that is normally in above average condition and if you develop concerns, can take back for a no questions refund.
We didn’t buy a vehicle from CarMax but the salesperson Sean showed me I had max care to actually have my vehicle fixed! I felt like he was extremely trustworthy and looking to help us use our coverage for the car instead of just trying to buy something else. You don’t find that kind of honestly easily especially with car sales. Thank you Sean for being extremely helpful and not pressuring us to just turn the car in but to utilize our max care. THANK YOU!!
