The technician Mike Neel is always through when check my vehicles out. Once the problem is diagnosed he insures that he lets me know what the problem is and what needs to be done to rectify the problem.

My salesman blake washington was absolutely amazing to work with! Polite, professional, personable and was not pushy. He went above and beyond to make sure my buying experience was top tier. Would 100% definitely purchase a vehicle from him again.

I was visiting daughter for Christmas. That Saturday, my alternator went out. I had to be back in Kentucky to work Wednesday. I called first thing Tuesday and Allen answered. He said he couldn't guarantee anything because of scheduled appointments but they would try their best. I also got the flu so I had to call in Wednesday. Allen texted me all day Tuesday. The first text was that they would be able to fix my car and it was indeed the alternator. The mechanic, God bless him, had my car ready to go Wednesday morning and I was able to go back to Kentucky get to work Thursday.
