I really want to say thank you to Adam the store manager and Wayne, the lady manager for her patience with me as well as Nick from consumers relationship and this lady who helped me and took care of my son while we looked at cars! Overall they helped me with a problem gave me a solution and made everything right i really want to say thank you so much. If your looking for a car I would really stop by this store and let them help you find or get the car you want and love like what they did for me

Erika was wonderful. They appraised my truck and everything was set up for the deal but their system crashed and I had to leave. She called and said it was back up so I came back about 10 minutes later. My wife came down with the kids to pick me up. Then it went down again. She was apologetic and insisted they topped off our fuel for the inconvenience. This is customer service. This is uncommon these days. She and carmax went above and beyond.

Excellent experience purchasing our truck from Carmax in Jacksonville, North Carolina. We absolutely love our truck. Angelita was fantastic and a couple times we had to go back just for things we had to take care of in person, everyone was so accommodating and kind (Gloria). There was one young gentleman that helped us as well, but I cannot remember his name and I feel awful. He was so nice! Everyone there is just amazing. Our experience was so easy we couldn’t believe it. We highly recommend going to Carmax. They will go above and beyond to help you in any way they can!
